- 📍 Pick-up & Drop-off: Shreshtha Bharat Bhavan, near Amul Foodland.
- 🅿️ Parking: Available at Ekta Cruise Jetty.
- 🪪 Carry original Aadhaar Card. Foreign nationals and NRIs must carry Passport, OCI and Visa.
- 👨👩👧 Valid government ID is required for children. Parents must supervise children throughout the cruise.
- 🚫 Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard.
- 🍽️ Buffet includes a welcome drink, soup, starters, main course, live counters, chaat and desserts. Menu may vary.
- ⚠️ Boarding may be refused for safety or operational reasons. Management is not responsible for personal loss or damage.
- 🚢 Guests must deboard promptly on arrival, as directed by the crew.
- 💡 If the package is unavailable, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.
- 🏛️ SOU Authority's decisions regarding changes, cancellations or restrictions are final.
