Policies
- All the sightseeing will remain closed every MONDAY for tourist.
- Pick-up / drop from Kevadiya Railway Station on SIC Basis on prior request only at our scheduled timings (On all Inclusive Package only).
- All Sightseeing & transfers are on Seat-In-Coach Basis.
- Maximum Occupancy Per cottages is 3 Persons only.
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
- Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of late arrival at the tent city, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
- Children till 6 years of age are complimentary for Stay, but sightseeing ticket need to be booked by Guest separately.
- For foreigners & NRIs: Passport, OCI and Visa is mandatory for check-in. Foreigner Viewing gallery tickets not included in the package they are required to buy separately by guest.
- 90% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled before 5 days of scheduled arrival (but less than 10 days)
- No refund if cancelled less than 5 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- In case of any date change, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
- Days for cancellation rule will be calculated excluding cancellation request day and Check-in day
- Cancellation Requests received after 6 PM will be considered on the next working day.
- GST shall be charged as applicable.
- Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In which case, alternative dates can be set.
